Research & Doctoral Programme

The MBA Department of Trident Academy of Technology has been recognized as a Nodal Center of Research (NCR) by Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) in 2023. This recognition highlights the department’s commitment to promoting quality research, innovation, and academic excellence in the field of management studies.

As a recognized research center, the department provides a supportive academic environment for scholars to pursue advanced research in various areas of management such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Business Practices.

At present, eight research scholars are enrolled in the Ph.D. programme under the guidance of experienced faculty members. The department actively encourages research activities, publications in reputed journals, participation in conferences, and collaborative research with industry and academic institutions.

Through its research initiatives, the department aims to contribute meaningful insights to the business community, policymakers, and society while nurturing future academicians and researchers.
