These academic platforms bring together eminent professors, industry leaders, and domain experts who share their valuable insights, practical experiences, and contemporary industry perspectives.

Through these initiatives, we explore diverse viewpoints and the latest trends in business and management, inspiring our students towards innovation, leadership, and sustainable growth.

In-House Seminars (2025)

  1. Seminar on Credit Analysis & Appraisal in Banking
    An insightful session was delivered by Mr. Pradosh Mohapatra, Retd. GM, Federal Bank Ltd., on “Credit Analysis and Appraisal in Banking – Retail and Corporate Perspectives” on 27th October 2025. The session provided practical exposure to modern credit evaluation frameworks in the banking sector.
  2. Seminar on Risk Management in Banking
    Mr. Radha Mohan Patnaik, Former GM, Indian Overseas Bank, conducted an expert talk on “Risk Management in Banking” on 28th October 2025, highlighting regulatory frameworks, credit risks, and mitigation strategies in financial institutions.
  3. Seminar on Financial Modeling
    On 28th October 2025, Mr. Bidyut Prakash Ray, Former GM, Punjab National Bank, delivered a comprehensive session on “Financial Modeling”, focusing on analytical tools and decision-making models used in corporate finance.
  4. Career Counselling Session on Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
    A career-oriented session was conducted by Dr. Biswaranjan Mishra from CFX on 17th September 2025, guiding students on career pathways in finance and the scope of the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
  5. Expert Talk on Wealth Management
    On 6th December 2025, Mr. Sanat Kumar Mishra, Former DGM, State Bank of India and Former Advisor (Wealth Management), delivered an enriching session on “Wealth Management”, emphasizing investment planning and portfolio strategies.
  6. Seminar on Banking Interview Preparation & Career Success
    Mr. Ajit Sadangi, Regional Head, ICICI Bank, Bhubaneswar, conducted a one-day departmental seminar on 20th September 2025 on “What is Assessed in a Banking Interview and the Mantra to Impress and Succeed”, offering valuable guidance for students aspiring to enter the banking sector.

National Seminar

1. National Conclave on CSR for Sustainability: Action to Impact

A National Conclave on “CSR for Sustainability: Action to Impact” was successfully conducted on 8th & 9th February 2025 by the Department of Business Administration, Trident Academy of Technology. The conclave brought together eminent corporate leaders, CSR heads, policymakers, academicians, and sustainability experts to deliberate on transforming CSR initiatives into measurable social impact. The sessions focused on sustainable development, responsible corporate governance, environmental protection, and inclusive growth strategies.


2. National HR Conclave on Emerging Workforce Strategies

A National HR Conclave on “Emerging Workforce Strategies in the Digital Era” was organized on 10th December 2023 by the Department of Business Administration. The conclave served as a dynamic platform for HR leaders, industry experts, and academicians to discuss talent management, digital transformation in HR, employee engagement, leadership development, and future workplace trends in an evolving business environment.


3. National Banking & Financial Leadership Conclave

A National Conclave on “Banking, Financial Innovation & Risk Leadership” was conducted in October 2025 by the Department of Business Administration. The conclave featured senior banking professionals, financial analysts, and industry experts who shared insights on credit appraisal, risk management, financial modeling, wealth management, and emerging trends in the banking and financial services sector.

The seminar focused on strategic innovation, sustainable business models, and responsible leadership practices, attracting academicians, researchers, and industry professionals from across the country.
