2-Day Management Development Programme (MDP)

The Management Development Programme (MDP) was a successful convergence of HR professionals,
academicians, and industry leaders committed to driving sustainability through innovative human resource practices.

The programme was organized by the School of Business, Trident Academy of Technology in collaboration with
the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Utkal Chapter. The event sparked meaningful discussions
and provided practical insights into how HR can champion sustainable development.

A total of 21 participants from 12 organizations attended the programme.
