TRIDENT INNOVATION COMPETITION

NOTICE

Vide letter no.F.No.25-2/RIFD/IPS/POLICY-1/201-15, dated.17.08.2015, the Govt of India has sanctioned funds to Trident Academy of Technology, Bhubaneswar to conduct programmes and activities to promote innovative thinking amongst students and to recognize and reward innovative thinkers, whether or not their innovations have been converted to prototype models.

For the purpose, Trident had approached some  +2 level schools/junior colleges in the state of Odisha. Wherever we received immediate positive response a first round innovation competition has been conducted amongst the students of that school and innovative ideas and models have been shortlisted for the final competition scheduled in the premises of Trident Academy of Technology, F2A, Chandaka Industrial Estate, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751024, on 5^th November 2016.

Some schools have not shown interest. However, we have been receiving telephone calls from individual innovative students to allow them to participate in the competition. It has therefore been decided to have an open round of shortlisting amongst all interested innovative +2 school students. They are requested to register themselves in the following link by 6 PM of 3^rd November 2016 and by 11 AM of 4^th November, we shall send an invitation mail to those students whose synopsis will be found innovative and acceptable for the competition. They will be advised to be present in Trident to exhibit their ideas / models directly in the finals on 5^th November. All winners will be entitled to certificates of award along with the cash prizes as under
