Trident campus is acclaimed for its top-class cleanliness right from its inception. An outside contractor has been engaged at  at a cost of about Rs.30 lakhs per year to take care of the cleaning and sanitation inside and outside the academic and hostel buildings. Whereas the common facilities like all parts of the academic buildings and toilets and corridors of the hostels are regularly cleaned on daily basis, the rooms are cleaned by the inmates on day-to-day basis and by the cleaning contractor once in a week. Regular dustbin facility is provided outside every room which is cleaned daily. The toilets blocks not only on the academic buildings but also on the hostels are cleaned twice a day with appropriate disinfecting materials. The campus has appropriate sewerage treatment plant of 100 KL per day (KLD) with bio-film technology and the treated sewerage water is recycled for gardening purposes.
