Quality circles represents an independent volunteer group comprising of staff and students those advise the management for the improvement of institution and its rules and practices. They make presentations before the management with their ideas especially relating to quality of output in order to improve the performance of the organization and motivate the staffs. Trident Academy of Technology has identified volunteers under the Quality circles, those who meet one hour a week to discuss the happenings, priorities, and challenges before the institution.
