Institute believes, in the philosophy of obtaining ideas, suggestions, and advices from diversified professionals, discussing them and implementing the same for the growth of the educational values of the college. Institute follows the culture of participative management by forming various committees consisting of faculty members, academicians, administrative executives, industry experts and alumni etc. In some of the committees, student representatives and support staffs are included. The Institute welcomes innovative ideas, concepts and thoughts from the employees and involves the min decision making process.
To monitor and control academic and administrative activities with respect to the quality, college has implemented e-governance system, which is developed and maintained by in-house members. The features of e-governance system are:

The e-governance system is accessible by members of faculty and staffs, parents, students and also by visitors. For example, all students of the institution could check their attendance, class test marks, sessional marks, circular and notices through the e-governance system.
