At Trident Academy of Technology, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In accordance with the guidelines laid down by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) has been constituted to address grievances related to sexual harassment and ensure prompt and fair resolution. The committee works proactively to promote awareness, provide support, and uphold the dignity and rights of every individual on campus.
The ICC serves as a confidential and impartial body to investigate complaints and recommend appropriate action. It also organizes awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions to sensitize the campus community about gender equality and respectful conduct. Through its proactive measures and responsive approach, the committee strives to create a culture of trust and accountability. Every member of the Trident community is encouraged to speak up and seek support without fear or hesitation.
